The first three field pages in the fields area are fully user-determined. You decide what types of data you want to include, and you add, edit and delete this data for any NE or tile. The fourth page contains data that is managed automatically by the DNE.
The properties include the following fields:

Created By - This field lists the author for the NE or tile. The author of an NE or tile is the user signed into the DNE when the NE or tile was created or brought into the DNE.

Created- Date and time that the NE or tile was created or brought into the DNE. For each NE, this field is model specific, which means that the creation date reflects the first use of the NE in a particular mode. An NE that is used in repository mode but also plays a role in an object model may well have two creation dates, one for each mode in which it plays a part.

Last Modified - Date and time of the most the most recent modification of the NE or tile. Modification is mode-specific, so a change in an NE in enhanced object model mode will not be registered on page four in use case mode.

Other Object Models (NEs only) - Lists all the modes in which the NE plays a part.

Location (tiles only) - Points to the location of the file for that tile.
