The search results window cannot be moved, and it opens to cover the active NE and most of the room you are in. However, the DNE can be moved out from underneath it. If you are working with two monitors or a single monitor set at a high resolution, there are many options, but if you are working with a single monitor set at 1024x768, the best way to see both the active NE in the room as well as the search results is to:
1.
Drag the in the bottom left corner of the DNE to move the DNE a few inches - the width of the active NE - to the right (it will move off the right edge of the screen),
2.
Open the search engine, then
3.
Doubleclick the to snap the DNE back to fullscreen mode
Now you will be able to see the active NE and your search results at the same time.
