How to Save Room and DNE Configurations

Bench Clock aloneRoom and DNE configurations can be saved in two ways:

•manually with the bench clock, or
•automatically with autofile.

 

To save the DNE configuration manually on the bench clock:

•cursor DNE configurationClick the rightmost button save office configuration button on the bench clock. On mouseover, the cursor will become the one on left.

 

To save the room configuration manually on the bench clock:

•cursor room configurationClick the upper of the two gold buttons bench-clock-save-room on the bench clock. On mouseover, the cursor will become the one on left.

 

 

i_blueIf autofile is turned off, then manually saved configurations are saved to the active NE. If autofile is turned on, then manually saved configurations are saved to the Configurations cabinet in the cabinet structure.

 

To save room and DNE configurations automatically with autofile:

1.Go to the Fusebox.
2.Under System Information, click Advanced
3.Ensure that the Auto-File Room/DNE Snapshots box is ticked

 

 

i_blueWhen autofile is on, room and DNE configurations are automatically saved to their respective NEs in the Configurations cabinet at the end of each work session (each time the DNE is closed down).
