To move tiles with the spill machine, the tile scrollers of the relevant NEs (the NE you want to move a tile from, and the one you want to move it to) must first be spilled.
To move spilled tiles:
| • | to move a tile within the same NE, drag it from its present location and drop it in the preferred location. The other tiles will shuffle out of the way automatically. |
| • | to move a tile from one NE to another, drag the tile from its present scroller and drop it onto the other spilled NE in the desired location, exactly as you would within the same NE. The tiles in each NE will reshuffle around the change. |
 If you drop the tile to the left, to the right or between tiles on the target spill line, then the tile will be added to the left, to the right or between those tile. If you drop the tile on top of another tile on the target spill line, then it will be stacked on top of that tile.
