 Hints are displayed on the hint screens that are attached to the bench in each of the front rooms, and stands to the left of the cabinet in DNE center. Names of NEs and tiles are displayed in this area, as are hints with regard to the various tools available in each room. In the example, the hint screen tells us that the user's mouse is on the navigation bar, and that the user can navigate to the fusebox by clicking at this point. Hint screens also provide speed buttons (along the top of the hint screen) to various commonly used functions:
 Rename (* NE or tile)
 Create new (* NE)
 Place on bench (* NE and tile)
 Publish/unpublish (* NE and tile)
 Show parent map (* NE and tile)
 Show tree (* NE - only if it exists in cabinet)
 Create placeholder tile (* tile)
 Delete (* NE and tile)
