In the fields area it is possible to make, edit and access information regarding NEs and tiles. This information is created in six fields, including the book field . In the book field you can make brief notes about the content of an NE or tile. Whereas the other fields have a fixed structure and scope, the book field may include a wide variety of notes. Depending on the depth of the notes you wish to attach to the NE or tile, you can allot different amounts of space for presentation. Books can even be several pages long, permitting you to keep text notes that take up more space than the fields area seems to allow. Finally, you can include various tools in a book field: you can link to a web page, send an email and even launch an application.
At a click, book fields can be maximized to about four times the regular size, allowing you to store and display more text than can be viewed in the regular field area. Also, book fields support the following rich text, which can be introduced when a book is maximized:
