Also, fields given to a blank tile will be added to whatever piece of information ends up there. So, if the completion of a particular report is crucial to a stage in a process, you can create a blank tile for that report before it is submitted, add whatever fields are appropriate for that report, so that when the report finally is submitted, you will have already completed a lot of the fields work for it.
For example, say a step in a process requires that four reports get submitted. On the NE for that step, you can create four blank tiles and name each blank tile for one of the reports that you need. As each report comes in, you can simply replace a blank tile with a tile containing one of the reports (just drag the file onto the appropriate blank tile). You have a visual reminder of what has been submitted and what is outstanding: so long as there are blank tiles on the scroller, you know that there is an outstanding report. And as soon as you have replaced the final blank tile, you know that all required information is in.
