Backing Up the DNE

Top  Previous  Next

The DNE is a database application and should be backed up regularly (as often as you save any other file). Backing up the DNE creates a file that includes all NEs, all tiles, with all fields and all relations, all cabinet relations, and where everything is in the DNE environment when the backup was made. In case data is lost, or if for any reason you have to restore to a previous state of the DNE, simply restore the backup.

Backups can be created in a separate application called DNE Utilities.
